Introduction

At TECHNO FACILITY AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide exceptional manpower services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and service adjustments may be granted. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.

Refund Eligibility :

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
  • If a Candidate leaves employment within 30 days of their start date.
  • If the Company fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues.
  • If the Client cancels the service before the recruitment process has commenced.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:
  • • Fees for completed recruitment processes.
  • • Payments made for consultation and advisory services.
  • • Any third-party costs incurred during the recruitment process.

Replacement Policy :

If a Candidate leaves within 30 days of employment, the Company will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost, subject to the service agreement terms.

Refund Process :

To request a refund:
  • Submit a written refund request to fc@technofacility.co.in within 7 days of the qualifying event.
  • Include relevant documentation, such as proof of payment and service agreement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

Partial Refunds :

Partial refunds may be considered in cases where a portion of the services has been delivered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the completed work.

Client Obligations The Client must :

  • Notify the Company promptly if a Candidate leaves.
  • Provide accurate information during the refund request process.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
